Self love
What exactly is it?
In a simple language we say loving your self unconditionally.
Not everyone is capable of doing it not because they don’t want to but because of the question’s they tend to avoid as our society has the habbit of questioning every act.
It’s difficult to answer all of it or to avoid it. May be that’s why we ignore our comfort and let the world ruin it for us.
So what exactly self love is?
Everyone has a different meaning of it but when I think of it only one definition comes in mind.
It is the key to an unbreakable prison of society where you are accepted by yourself completely and nurtured by your own thoughts.
How can we create a mindset to love ourselves?
There are several areas on which you can work but you should always start from basic the one’s.
1 .Prioritizing yourself
It works as it sounds but the journey of doing it is little bit difficult because we live in a society were everyone wants to enter our space and want us or convince us to be like them or choose their path or do their jobs because of which we often forget to takecare of ourselves.

So if you want to love yourself start with small things.
Like start saying no to things in which you are least interested but do it just for someone else’s happiness. At first it will be uneasy and uncomfortable for you to say no but sometimes it’s the best you have.
2. Put your efforts on the right place.
Now a days we are so much involved and influenced by someone else’s life style and their choices that we completely forget what we are capable of, how much energy do we have, and how much we can be passionate towards our work.
We often heard of:
Effort towards right path is an indicator of intrest.
It’s true if you instead of listening to others, start doing something productive for yourself it will eventually give you the result you always desire.
Like,taking care of your health by eating right and having some sweat session always helps you in improving your health.
Mediation can help you in finding peace.
Reading books will provide you knowledge ,clear your thoughts and provide you a vision .
Or
You can try to learn new things in your free time .
It’s not necessary to do what others are doing, but it is necessary to do what makes your life easy.
3. -Try to balance work and personal life.
We heard of balancing work life and personal one, but very few of us are capable of doing so and those who are unable to balance it, always end up with frustration, anxiety and anger .These emotions are never good for your well being.
Initially, it will be difficult to balance both but when you will start practicing self-love eventually you will find time for yourself .
You will be progressive and persistent which will eventually help you in balancing your work and personal life .

Loosing someone you love may scare you but it’s even more scarier to lose yourself .
Loving yourself is the best you can do it’s the best therapy you got.
You have been criticizing yourself for years,and it hasn’t worked.Try approving yourself and see what happens.
